I worked on the following aspects of the brand:
Bohemia is a boutique property development in hip area of West End in Brisbane.
I was responsible for the design of the sales centre, brochure, other collateral and overseeing the brand roll out as a Design Manager.
The Sales Gallery was designed to compliment the features of this historic Queenslander in West End. It has a gallery feel with wall paneling and floating frames give the space dimension.
The finishes boards were contained within oversized frames and were divided into a grid like pattern.
The Sales Gallery was divided into 2 distinct spaces - the black room and the white room.
The white room contains the heavier selling journey with finishes boards, floorplans and an interactive touchscreen.
A custom concrete signage plinth and building wrap - sympathetic to the design of the Queenslander, makes a bold statement on the exterior.
The brochure design features the frame device to pull out headlines or quotes.
